Coach Allison Van Veen, a Willard High School alum, is entering her ninth year of USA Volleyball (USAV) club coaching. Throughout her coaching career, she has gained extensive experience working with athletes of various ages and levels while helping develop strong fundamentals and confidence on the court.

In addition to club coaching, Allison has six years of MSHSAA coaching experience. During this time she received mentoring from high level head coaches and strongly contributed to building competitive middle and high school programs.

Over the past decade, Allison has worked numerous volleyball camps and clinics for MSHSAA programs, USAV clubs, and other organizations. In addition to coaching responsibilities, she serves as the Assistant Club Director for CSDP Volleyball Club while also being actively involved with CSDP clinics and the CSDP Futures program. Within CSDP’s youth development programs, Allison helps teach young athletes the skills and love of the game and supports new coaches as they grow in the profession.
