Coach Amy Gardner has been coaching with CSDP Volleyball for the past 15 years and brings more than 35 years of overall coaching experience to the program.

A graduate of Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University), Amy developed a strong foundation in volleyball that inspired her to pursue coaching at both the high school and collegiate levels. She has more than 10 years of collegiate coaching experience, beginning with three seasons at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) from 2000–2003. Later returned to Missouri to serve as the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Drury University from 2003–2009.

In addition to her team coaching experience, Amy has spent 28 years working volleyball camps across the country such as Alabama and Washington University in St. Louis. She also contributed to the 1994 Olympic Festival as the West Zone Coordinator, further demonstrating her leadership within the volleyball community.

She has spent time assisting with her daughters’ club teams throughout their playing careers and currently is staying busy traveling to watch both of her daughters competing collegiately.
