Coach Emelie Orlando-Scott had an extraordinary playing career including three MSHSAA Class 4 State Championships from 2014-2016. In 2016, she received All-District, All-Conference, All-State, and AVCA All-American honors as an athlete. After high school, Emelie went on to compete at Missouri State University (MSU) with their indoor volleyball team.​

Coach Orlando-Scott has six years of USA Volleyball (USAV) club coaching experience and has spent three years coaching clinics with CSDP Volleyball, where she has been a part of the CSDP Summer Clinic coaching cadre. In 2024, she received the AVCA 30 Under 30 Award.

 

In addition to her coaching roles, she is the owner of Orlando Volleyball, where she continues to provide skill development opportunities and private lesson training for athletes looking to elevate their game. Coach Orlando-Scott is currently the Assistant Coach for both the boys and girls indoor volleyball programs at Nixa High School as well as a 6th Grade teacher at Nixa Schools.
