Coach Grace Gardner has been a part of the CSDP program for 13 years, developing both as a player and now as a coach within the organization. During her club career, she was recognized for her dedication and performance by being named the CSDP Volleyball Athlete of the Year in 2020.

Grace has continued to give back to the program that helped shape her career by coaching CSDP Summer Clinics and working with the CSDP Futures program, helping mentor and develop younger athletes. This will also be her third year coaching USA Volleyball (USAV) club volleyball.

A graduate of Kickapoo High School, Grace helped lead her team to a Runner-Up finish in the Class 5 MSHSAA State Volleyball Tournament. She was also named All-State during her senior season in recognition of her outstanding play.

Grace recently completed her third season at Drury University and will continue her collegiate volleyball career playing at Missouri Southern State University (MSSU).
