Coach Kailey Bridges has spent more than 20 years dedicated to growing the game of volleyball and developing opportunities for young athletes. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in advancing youth volleyball programs and helping players reach their full potential both on and off the court.

She currently serves as Chair of the USA Volleyball (USAV) Junior Assembly, Chair of the USAV Administrative Council, and as the Chair of Junior Player Development for Heart of America (HOA) Volleyball Region of USAV. Through these leadership roles, Kailey contributes to the growth and direction of junior volleyball by helping guide initiatives that support athlete development and the expansion of the sport across the nation.

Kailey is the Director of CSDP Volleyball and CSDP Futures, where she oversees program operations, coach development, and athlete training. Kailey also does private lessons trainings and leads youth development clinics for ages 4-18. Her leadership has helped create a strong and supportive environment where players can learn the fundamentals of the game while competing at a high level and coaches can collaborate, be mentored, and enhance their skills as well.

Kailey holds several USA Volleyball certifications, including a National Scorer certification as well as USAV CAP certification in both Indoor and Beach Volleyball.

With 20 years of USAV club coaching experience, 15 years of Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) coaching experience, and 14 years of experience as a club director, Kailey brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to the volleyball community and the athletes she mentors.
