Coach Lauren Goddard brings more than a decade of coaching experience and a proven track record of developing successful teams and athletes.

From 2006 to 2017, Coach Goddard was a part of seven teams from KC Power Volleyball that earned their way to USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships. Of those teams, one of them won the 14U USA Division of the Show-Me National Qualifier and one of them won the 13U Open Division of the Northern Lights National Qualifier. She was also part of two teams that placed 3rd in the 14U American Division (2008) and 5th in the 13U National Division (2009) during her time with KC Power.

Aside from her 10 years of USAV coaching experience, Coach Lauren also brings three years of MSHSAA/KSHSAA coaching experience and numerous years as a camp clinician.

Coach Lauren is currently an administrator for Republic School District.
