Coach Lori Endicott-Vandersnick is the founder of CSDP Volleyball and has an abundance of experience in all aspects of the game. A graduate of Willard High School and member of the 1981 State Champion Team, Lori’s success began locally. She went on to play at the University of Nebraska, where she was a two-time All-American and set the Nebraska Volleyball record for career assists, holding it for 27 years. Lori continued her playing career internationally, competing for the US National Volleyball team in the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games, earning an Olympic Bronze Medal in 1992 and being recognized as The Best Setter in the World in the same year.

After wrapping up her playing career, Lori returned home and founded CODP (Community Olympic Development Program) in 1998 in a partnership with the Springfield Greene County Park Board. The program originally began as a youth sports training initiative to grow participation in archery, ice hockey, tennis, and volleyball. As numbers grew, Lori expanded the volleyball training opportunities for more ages and more skills.

In 2018, CODP transitioned into what is now known as CSDP (Community Sports Development Program) and Lori continued serving as the program director. This role meant she was involved in developing training materials, running youth clinics, and coaching elite USAV club teams.

Lori returned to the collegiate level in 2025 as an assistant coach for the Missouri State University Women’s Volleyball program and stepped down from her position as CSDP Volleyball Director. In the winter and spring, Lori still serves as a Team Advisor for CSDP Volleyball Club teams.
