Coach Morgan Durbin is a CSDP club alum who competed on the program’s 16U and 17U teams from 2022 to 2024. During her time with CSDP, she demonstrated strong leadership and dedication to the program and was named the CSDP Volleyball Athlete of the Year in 2024.

Originally from Lebanon, Missouri, Morgan was a standout multi-sport athlete at Lebanon High School, where she competed in volleyball, basketball, and track and field.

Morgan is entering her second year of USA Volleyball (USAV) club coaching. As a former CSDP athlete, she is excited to give back to the program and help develop the next generation of players.

She currently is a student, a realtor based in Lebanon, MO, and serves as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Ozark High School, where she continues to share her knowledge of the game and help young athletes grow in their skills and confidence on the court.
