Steven McRoberts is the head coach of the women’s volleyball program at Missouri State University. He was hired in 2020 as the fourth head coach in program history and brought with him nearly 30 years of collegiate coaching experience. Over his career, McRoberts has recorded more than 650 coaching victories and has earned multiple conference Coach of the Year honors.

Before arriving at Missouri State, McRoberts served as head coach at University of Mississippi, where he led the team to the 2017 National Invitational Volleyball Championship and helped elevate the program within the conference. Prior to his time at Ole Miss, he coached at University of Tulsa and University of Central Arkansas, where his teams won conference championships and made multiple NCAA Tournament appearances. Earlier in his career, he also built a successful program at Lubbock Christian University.
